When we think of interior design concepts, the subjects that often comes to mind are homes and buildings. But what about private jets? Interestingly enough, interior design on jet aircrafts are looking more amazing than ever. From swanky hi-brow luxury designs, to futuristic Star Trek-like concepts, flying in style is no longer an afterthought.
Assuming one can afford a private aircraft, why not add all the bells and whistles. Royalty, celebrities and high ranking officials are all experiencing the hi-life and making sure they get the best of the best when on-board private charters.
The curvy design of a plane gives designers and architects unique surfaces to play around with. The small space doesn’t give much to work with, but the designs we’ve seen make great use of what they’ve got.

There have been talks about potential aircraft hotels and even a couple concept videos posted on YouTube depicting large hotel looking jets.
The President’s Air Force One may be the only aircraft to even come close to an actual hotel in the air. Encompassing almost every capability in the jetliner as in his office, the President may actually not remember if he’s on the ground or in the sky at any point of the day.
